I recently had an old 200 digital(with analog cabinet)go down due to bad floppy drive.Had no back up and the floppys were tost.Pretty much had to get another drive and set of disks and start from scratch.Every thing is good except I can't set wake up calls from attendent functions or guest room option from the console.I can set local or long distance and room status. The only way I can set a wake up is if a guest calls the front desk, then the option for wake ups pops up.I know i am probably missing something silly in form 03 or 04 but I am at a total loss. Any ideas? Thanks Jason

I am not on site right now and I should of made a note.I re installed the same level software. It was the older floppies (5 1/2).I am not certain but I think it was 1004.I am probably wrong, that number is in my head for some reason.I will check first thing in the morning to be sure.I do know it worked before and I did not change software levels. thanks Jason

I dont remember exectely but I know for sure that Room Status has to be Enabled, COS has to have Automatic wake up Enable, Form 4 has to have Wake up Enable and Alarm call has to be Enable. Then you would have a choice for Music or Alarm. In Attendant's COS you have to Enable Wake up calls set up and cancel.

Form 4, option 11 Form 3, console COS, options 101, 105, Form 3, guestroom COS, options 244, 322
If you want to print w/u calls, etc., you'll need form 4, option 107, which is a purchased option.
