Hello everyone,
We are having a problem with our Nupoint voicemail system from Mitel; everytime we want to change our phone greeting, we are not able to go straight to it when we go into our mailbox - we have to listen to all our messages first (new or saved) and only then will it let you get to the user options in order to change the greeting.
Basically what happens is we enter the mailbox then our passcode, and automatically it starts to tell you how many messages your have. If you press on 8 for user options, it doesn't obey the command and continues on with the messages.
Is there a way to skip listening to the messages and going straight to changing our greeting?
Thanks!

All of the user options are controlled via the "FCOS" (feature class of service) programming within the NuPoint. You'll have to adjust your settings to meet your requirements.
