Oh, jeeze, I didn't catch that he was dialing direct to 498. Why, how, would you dial direct remotely? (I thought the R in RMATS stood for remote)Way to go, Servecom.

Thanks everyone. I put this on the back shelf for now.
I did check programming and all looked Ok. but the card doesn't do anything.
I didn't see anything about slot 10 in the docs. I'll ahve to try that.
I was dialing 498 to test it as I thought it would act like a modem on an analog station port. I'm hoping I can transfer from the 3rd party voicemail system.

You can dial 498 directly. That's how we test all of RMATS modules. Plug the laptop into a single line port, dial 498, modem answers, handshakes, works like a champ.
