I'm looking for reviews of the Mitel 5224 IP Phone system. Does anyone have any pros/cons to this system?

5224 Is a phone model #. What type of controller are you being quoted 200ICP or 3300ICP, both are good quality systems. What type of business are you in?

The 200 ICP is a great system the platform has been around for years. the system will grow and expand to fit your needs. I cant say enough good things about it. You will never have a problem finding someone to service the system, It can be accessed from traditional modem or IP - for remote support, You can run teleworker sets for your senior partnes to have one of the phones at home and it acts just like you are in the office.
You can run the phones over your existing Network,User friendly, able to network multiple offices. Thera are many more options depending on your needs
Cons- If you are using the embedded voice mail it is not a very robust voicemail, it works great as a basic auto attendant with voice mail.
