I've gradually been building a list of the hunt groups for the systems in the district. Most of them are the first #, then the next, and so on. A couple of them have group A with a couple of numbers, group B, and group C. What's up with that? Is that is a good or bad thing?

I have seen these witha t1 and channel banks, the csr has multi line hunt groups that then hunt to each other, it is not a bad thing if it is set up proeprly, though can be tough to trouble shoot if you do not have a full list of numbers and their groups
I Swear I did not touch anything

Denis:
Many of the schools here have a separate published number and hunt group that is pointed directly at the voice mail system for "homework hotline" or general announcements. The system at the Lower Lake High School only has six physical lines on it (I assume hunt group A), so the other hunt groups must terminate on some other system or device(s).

OK, I looked a little closer and I see the 6 lines going into the high school. Group B and group C go into a DX80 in the district office which is on the same campus. There has always been confusion about the MPOE (we have two, one at the high school and one at the DO, and the cable counts multiple).

So it would appear that this is just a case of multiple sites on one bill. Are they using Centrex? I would think so since that's common to have all sites on one billing account.
