Headache, I suggest you get in touch with the nearest CERTIFIED Mitel dealer and get some serious help. Tell them you are now the new administrator for the Mitel and the VOX. You really need more help than we can give you, I'm afraid. Hopefully, someone in the company knows what the admin passwords are, or possibly the Mitel dealer can help there, too. It would probably be best if you can get the original installation company. Good luck, and I feel for you! John C.

I have all the password and I can log in. But the only thing I don't know is where to change the greeting message. But I will probably try to find a reseller to have some support.

You really should reach out for a qualified technician. The auto-attendant is in the administration box and you press the option for greetings and then you can re-record the primary greeting set. Warning: There are a lot of things you can screw up in the administration box and you are more likely to cause more damage than you resolve. If you post your location I am sure someone here can help you find a good tech.

Be very careful. We had a customer who wanted to administer their own mailboxes (reset passwords, etc).
We gave them careful instructions and told them, "After logging in, do NOT press 1! This will default the system!" What did they do? Yes. We had to rebuild their database from scratch.
At the very least, Mitel offers training for end users in Kanata (Ottawa Oeust) (also in California and in New Jersey, I think) and while it is somewhat expensive, it would be worthwhile for you if you are serious about trying to administer this system.
Bon chance.

Ha, ha, ha, ha! It's really funny when you understand the context of the original source! John C.
