I'm configuring some ACD queue priority stuff in SX-2000 Lightware 34 & I can't remember for the life of me from system training this simple answer!!! The question I have: The higher the queue priority the more important the priority is or is it vise-versa? For example see below: NewyorkACD should get the call first at PRI-64, then OHIOACD, then ColoradoACD and finally California would have the lowest priority therefore get the call last...
64 New York ACD 63 Ohio ACD 62 Colorado ACD 61 California ACD
Thanks in advance, Craig :bang:
