Recent install of a 3300CX.
I want analog trunk (line 3) to ring IP phone 314 and analog phone 323 simultaneously; if no answer I want it to go to mailbox 314 (that is the tricky part).

Currently, I have line 3 ringing a Multiline key (503) that appears on every phone, but only audibly rings 314. I have 314 rerouted first alternative to 323 and second alternative to 300 (voicemail hunt group).

That works okay, but it would be better to get both phones to ring simultaneously.

If I tell line 3 to ring 323 (the analog) and put a multicall of 323 on the IP set, it works until it has to reroute to voicemail - then it wants to go to mailbox 323; I need it to go to mailbox 314 (the IP set).

I have tried setting up a no-member hunt group called *314 and setting it to re-route Always to 300 (voicemail). So, if you dial *314 it puts you directly in mailbox 314.

Then I tried to set up the rerouting on 323 to go to *314 rather than 300 on its first alternative, but it still goes to the mailbox of 323.

UGH!!! Anybody have any ideas on how to do this?

In a nutshell, I want the analog and the IP to ring at the same time on all incoming calls on line 3. If no answer, then go to the voicemail box of the IP phone. Can that be done?

I think you may want to look at Suite Services for these 2 extensions.
