I'm having problems getting unified messaging to work. I have everything set according to edoc's and IT dept has everything set. I have 2 vlans and with 2 DHCP servers , 2003 server data and Mitel ICP...all ip phones work. 2nd port on phones work. Shouldn't I be able to ping the exchange server from the voice vlan? However I can't. Is there a place in the ICP where I can monitor the problem...logs maybe?

Are you using a router to route between the vlans or a layer 3 switch? Sounds like a gateway/routing issue to me.

You are right JohnP...the IT guys had the layer 3 switch set up wrong. Works great now
