We have an SX2000. Is there any difference in the ring type between Ring and Ring Cont other than the ring duration? Both will ring the phone if the person is on a call correct? This is on a Superset 4025/420 with person logged into ACD path.

While on a call, ring will give you one quick ring burst, to make the user aware of a new call. Ring continuous will ring normally... and make it hard to ignore the new call.
