PRI and T1 wind up being broken down to audio @ both ends. That said, I had a T1 that drove me crazy on 2 channels, sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't. When they didn't work, SWB said they didn't get the 1st and sometimes the second digit. I finally got smart and put a pause in right after L/S for DEBOUNCE. That's right, they were having problems @ their end, but they'd never admit it! Put in a 2 second pause at the beginning of the number and no more problems. Try it, maybe you'll like it! Thanks for the info - may help in the future. As I said - on this one they were looking for "unknown" and we were sending out "national" - (well geez it was NI2) but they seemed unable to cope with it. Fortunately with enabling "Unknown dialing plan" in the link descriptor cured the prob.
