I was going to ask about using a BCC-II. Other than the modules that may be plugged into the BCC-III is caller ID on the analog ports all that will be lost if I change to a BCC-II? I have replaced many BCC-III cards but I dont think I have ever had a BCC-II go bad.

We have had a ton of BCCIII problems, there is no rhyme or reason for them going bad, you can try to reflash the BCC. If at all possible we are changing out with BCCII unless CID is needed
REW - any Bay that needs CID/Class info to the stations needs to have a BCCIII. BCCII do not support CID/Class. ( not sets per Fred )

Alex, not to be nitpicker (not my nature), but CID/CLASS to the sets (supersets) doesn't require a BCCIII at all.
