I'm not a tech or anything. I have a 9109-010-000 and a 9109-010-000-SA. The cards look different, is there any difference? Whats the meaning of SA or NA or nothing?
thanks for the help

I could be wrong but I think it is North America and South America - and there could very well be a difference in the card.

The only thing I ever got out of Mitel trainers was NA means North America, and SA means Sub-assembly. I don't they really had any idea. The cards are interchangeable, as long as the revision levels are the same. And on that card, the revision levels are a non-concern! John C.
