Is there any way to have a person's name appear on the phone screen? We have a few different meeting rooms with different names and it would be good to have the meeting room name on the phone.

Well, it is a soft labeling phone, you could always just pick a key, assign something to it and have the label display anything you want. Since it's a 5340, you may want to do that to a key on each page so that if someone changes pages, it'll still show.
