Happy Turkey day.
I just recently setup "Centrex Single Flash" on our sx200 el lw19 to helps us take advantage of the Centrex call transfer feature.
Everything works fine except the Feature Key programmed as "Single Flash" on our 4150 and 4025 sets.
I can complete a centrex transfer using the code "72" I programmed in Form 4 for option 46, however if I try to make the call using the feature key programmed as "Single Flash" nothing happens, just silence.
:bang: I know the obvious answer here is to program a speedcall button with the "Single Flash code" , but its bugging me that the feature key won't work!!
The steps I'm taking to complete the call are as follows: 1.)Answer call from CENTREX line. 2.)Press the TRANS/CONF key 3a.)"working" Dial the Single Flash Over Trunk feature access code. 3b.)"not working" Press the SINGLE FLASH key 4.)Three short confirmation beeps heard , dialtone supplied 5.)Dialing the number of the second external party 6.)Ringing heard, hang up. call transfered

You shouldn't be hitting the transfer key. Here is what you need to be doing 1) While on a call press the Single Flash button 2) Dial number of second extrenal party 3) Ringing heard - Hang Up - Centrex Tranfer Completed
Thanks, Daniel

Daniel,
:toast: Thanks for the help, it worked.
The documentation i was going by had the steps as I outlined in the original post, but obviously it was wrong.
Thanks again.
John
