Just got it and was wondering if there are java versions that were not compatible.
I do not suffer from insanity - I enjoy it.

Maybe. Always use only the version that comes with the release of EM. Use the "Client Resources" link off the login page to install the recommended version, and uninstall any other instances of Java from the machine.

I try not to upgrade java unless I really have to. Otherwise you get getting the notices about " You are using a newer version than is supported....." it gets to be a pain some times. Unless you need it for some other software, I would just leave it at the current version for EM 5.
