system MN3300 CO trunks connected with LS/GS problem I know that duration is counter from the trunks seized if answer supervision disabled> always duration in mitel smdr less than the fact duration some times: durtion doesn't appear in call record ( smdr record ) even the call succeed and answer for more than minute

For calls that don't appear in the SMDR record, is SMDR enabled in the set and trunk COS? Try enabling Pseudo (fake) answer supervision; the duration should be closer to actual call length.
