Follow up on johnp, on the forum someplace, someone just mentioned a device to bump low voltage analog ports to 48 Volts, if an OPX card is 'not in the cards'. (No pun intended, but I do stumble across a decent one, occassionally. Edit: I am ASUMING that the Ericson Trunk port is a plain old loop start trunk port. Not Ground Start, Not E & M, Not DID. ) John C.

We do Ericsson all the time and support many systems in the US and abroad.
What switch and SW version are you using and what trunk board are you using?

He could get a long loop adapter from viking to boost the voltage if that is the problem.
