If I know pretty good 200ICP can I do 3300 or this is totally different animal?

Definitely a different animal built by a separate team in Mitel. It is based on the SX2000 TDM system.
That being said, much of the terminology is the same, some different. Some of the options work differently than on a 200.
It shouldn't take too long to be comfortable...

Thank you Canuckvoip. I do maintain SX 2000 so I am familiar with it. Not as much as with SX200ICP but close.
