If the send message + 3 isn't working verify in cos that the station is able to access that feature. If it is and still doesn't work I would delete and recreate the extensions.

Thank you guys for all the responses. I've been out in the field on Ckt troubles and orders and haven't been back to this customer yet. I didn't try using the send message +3 to clear the message. I only used the code programmed in form 2 option 42. Maybe thats what I need to do? I'll give it a try and let you guys know.

Panda - technically you are right since a "broadcast message" would include all phones. However it could be a distribution list made up of only guest room phones.
