Hi Guys
Recently i create a new extension, my problems is when i try to dial the number appear me no valid
but always i do the same steps.
Mitel 3300 ICP
System administration Tool
System Configuration
Devices
User
configuration
Add
the CoS and CoR are the same than the others lines
And the weird is that extension is available to make calls...
Any help I really Ipreciated

When you call from the new extension to an existing one, what shows up on the display of the called set?

check you tenanting as well and make sure they can talk to each other.
