Set the Activity Freeze on, if you are on the good plane. Try the default user names and passwords. You may need to reboot the inactive plane, if that doesn’t work… format and restore.

Are there any alarms? What do you get from the active plane with “fil st red” ?

From the active plane, type "sh fa al" or just "al" if you have a winch alarm, format and restore from other. Page 134 of THB

When was your last backup? Database errors are cleared by restoring from a backup, either from an rsd / tape or from the backup on the hard drive.

Do you have the software rsd or tape? What release?

Try this, Reboot the inactive plane and try to logon to it with the default passwords for System and Installer as soon as you are able. Also try your user names and passwords.

You could also try to JOIN and get the 2 databases synced… leave the activity freeze ON. If that works, after about 20 minutes you should be able to log into the inactive plane.
