Anybody ever seen Analog VM on an SX50? How did they make it work. I know how on 200D but I don't think you can use Speed Dial within the system. And, I don't thonk the SX50 is capable of in-band signaling to an analog port.
When I was young, I was Liberal. As I aged and wised up, I became Conservative. Now that I'm old, I have settled on Curmudgeon.

Cheap way of doing it: Calls recall to the console, who asks if caller wants to leave a vmail. Attendant trnafers to vmail and dials room/ext number and hangs up. Guests press programmed vmail button / light and enter a password if required.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
