I have my PC connected to i-pocket and I have double checked my i-pocket settings and they look good. PMS is turned on in form 4 However I can't get the heartbeat from the ICP. Can someone tell me what the settings for form 11 should be and I assume the connection between my PC and i-pocket should be x-over to be able to talk to ICP via PMS connection? Any help appreciated.

If I remember correctly, the iPocket acts as DCE, which means you would use a straight through cable. I just had to reconfigure a few of them and I just used a straight through on each without problem. One other little thing is to make sure you exit programming mode before you reconnect. Otherwise you might go no where fast. Oh by the way... This is a good read for setting up the iPockets Ipocket/Mitel Sheet
