I'm playing with ring groups on a Mitel 3300 mxe. there's 3 timers: a call ringing timer, a call queued timer, and a cascade ring timer.
Seems the "call ringing timer" times the overall time the caller rings the group, but then the cascade ring timer is how long each phone in the ring group is rang. Does this mean that the call ringing timer should really equal the Cascade Ring timer x the number of phones in the group, or does it only apply to a ring-all group?
So...in a cascaded ring group..if my cascade ring timer is 10 seconds, and I have 2 phones in the group, should my call ringing timer be 20 seconds? Or would it matter?
Thanks!
Jeff
