How do I make "ext. A" Ring to "ext. B" when the phone receiver on "ext. A" is picked up?

In COS reg 2, Bit D 'enable'. In Extension programming for specific ext assign above COS in Bit D, and R/D group 2 to 9 in Bit C. In abbreviated dialing 102 through 109, programm extension to call.
