How do I install auto-attendant on Mitel SX 200 ICP?
Currently I have the recordings on a CD and I have few of them, The main greeting when the customer first calls in, and then one for Reservations, Directions, and Transfer to a room number...
Is there a manual on how to set up the auto-attendant on this system?

The ICP has built in VM and AA. You just need to program it.
Are you an authorized Mitel Tech?
The manual has all you need.

Jig, your question is beyond the level we assist at here. You are talking about technician level programming and 'the manual' is at the Mitel schools. Sorry

The manuals are not on this site but they are online at Mitel.com if you have been through the certification training. I recommend you call a certified Tech to help you set it up.
