Does anyone know the difference between a Mitel Superset 4025 part number 9132-025-202-NA and a Mitel Superset 4025 part number 9132-025-602-NA?

Cathouse Red, to be exact.
I think that they were intended for government applications where the non-secure system is required to be a different and distinctive color. I believe that that's also why the 4015 sets had a speaker but no microphone (to meet a certain MilSpec).
