I have a customer with 200icp cx with 6 phones. We have moved the system from the 13th floor to the 56th floor of their building. However, the customer needs to leave one 5212 ip phone on the 13th floor. Their is internet access in both suites, but on different networks. Does anyone have a solution for connecting the 13th floor phone without dealing with Mitel to add a teleworker license?

You could do a hardware vpn between networks and set the required info in the phone statically.

Fiber to ethernet converter - put a small switch on the 13th floor and use a power brick. or an ethernet extender
This is of course you have some type of conduit between the floors
