I have a SX2000 that does not allow connection thru the robotic modem. Modem is good and set correctly. It has been sometime, but I believe there was a command line you could use to reset and clear this problem. Is that correct?

Does it work with a terminal/laptop connected to the port? The modem serial port has to be running at the same rate as the 2k port. If you attach your laptop to the modem and enter AT&B1, AT&W0 while at 9600 baud it will set the port to 9600. Switch on the modem should be set to load NVRAM and not factory defaults too.
