Helping a non-profit, I re-installed a used SX 200 semi-successfully, but now have user questions I can't answer (should have known better!). Not being a Mitel guy, and not having the correct manual, I cant tell the customer how to transfer an incoming caller to an extensions mailbox.

When the call is transfered to Express messanger, how do I specify which mailbox I want it to go to?

One quick way is to build a Abbreviated dialing string, such as
VM pilot + *9 (1 sec pause) + EXTENSION
Then the receptionist can dial
Abbrev. Dial Access Code (from form 02)+ code number
And bingo, Bob's your uncle.

For example, if VM pilot is 350, and Abbrev. Dial code is *#, and the extension is 217, you put
350*9217 into Abbrev. dial slot 5.

Then the receptionist transfers to *#5 (release or hang up).

Another way of you want to be able to transfer to any mailbox is to set up an abbreviated dial string of VM pilot + #+*3 + digit length of extension.

Using TGs example

350#*303

Then what we normally do is program a phantom extension (say 400) and call forward it always to the above abbreviated dial and put a DSS/BLF of the phantom extension on the phones of the people who will be doing the voicemail transfers. So the person would press the DSS/BLF of 400 and dial the extension of the person's voicemail and hang up. The first thing the caller will hear is their greeting.

How about just pressing the 'Fwd Me" key after dialing the extension number?

To use express messenger, I think it has to be 200L or 200EL/ML.
