I have a SX2000 PBX that has all of a sudden lost it's ability to transfer calls from the inside or outside to the Operator(O)when doing a unsupervised transfer only. Blind transfers to other numbers on the system work fine. The tranfering station has the call ring back to it when the phone is hung up on a blind transfer. Any suggestions.

Check to see if the operator is absent.
