I've got a 3300, Release 4.1 SP2. Almost all the users are single-line telephones on ASU II's. I got Call Waiting to work, but found that the second call never goes to VM. I programmed a Call Rerouting 1st Alternative for No Answer only and applied it, but no dice.
Anybody know a way to get the 2nd call to No Answer forward? Call Waiting is essentially a useless feature without a way to reroute the call.

2nd call rerouting is Busy\No Answer forwarding only. So I would think the call would forward right away instead of ringing a few times, then forwarding.

Looks like the Call Forwarding Profiles form works for this purpose. I removed my Call Rerouting table and added a No Answer Internal CF Profile to voicemail. Tested OK.
