when you intercom a station it displays first name.
when you answer an intercom call from a station it only gives you the first initial and the last name.
is there anyway of making it always display the first and last name.

When you program in the Telephone directory,, if you put last name ,comma,first name. It shows last name first.
Put first name, comma, last name
