Actually if you read the logs, or delete them the alarm will be cleared too.

When I get back in I'll clear the logs and see if the alarm will clear.
I looked in the cabinet and see there are flashing alarms.
Here's what I noticed.
Upper part of the cabinet. (scanner 9110-021-000-SA) has 63
Lower part of the cabinet *T1 DSI Trunk (9109-021-000-SA) Alarm Flashing
Next card, Don't have a number on it (at least I didn't write it down in my notes) but it has a status of 36 Active has a green flashing and Major Alarm Solid.

The upper cabinet is the old analog part and the scanner is showing b3 for Bay 3. The MCC is showing that the last problem was with Bay 3 Slot 6. Sounds like the alarm might be that the T1 may not be working or has some trunks not working.

Since Charter only provides loop start lines & PRI servvice i would remove the T1 card & remove the trunks that were on then clear alarms.then you should be ok

Or raise the alarm threshold to 1% above the % out of service.
