For the last week I noticed the ringer type has changed.
I've been looking and can't seem to find how to change is back to the way it used to be. I haven't tried restarting the phone unit.
Any suggestions?

To my knowledge, there's only one ring on a superconsole 1000.
Is it possible someone dropped the ring volume to 0 and added a secondary (external) ringer?

If they did, it would have been with one of the desk clerks fooling around.
How would I check the secondary ringer.
Also I read to check the Bell off, but I can't seem to find this option. I've read to press Function and then bell on or off, but dont see that listed.

I believe that Attendant Bell Off is an option in form 4.
To set/reset from the console, it would be on one of the softkeys, such as "Function" "Bell Off." I usually disable the feature so FD clerks don't turn it off and then blame you -- "The console didn't ring!"
The fastest way to find a secondary ringer is to call the console and follow the ringing noise.

It IS possible that the ringer itself has 'broken' so to speak.

Actually fixed it... Tried the easiest.
Unplugged the console and plugged it in. The ringer seems to be normal again.
