Mitel 200 EL/ML, customer would like to use factory SMDR to keep track of only one extension. I know that a printer can be installed, but as far as I know, all records will print. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry guys, just not a master of Mitels, but I am able to do simple MAC work on them.

Create a new COS (first make a list of all COSes that are assigned to phones, so that you don't stomp one that you need), and copy the telephone COS to the new COS (for example, if that class of phones uses COS 2, make a new COS #22 and then copy COS 2 to COS 22).
Change the COS for the subject extension to the new COS. So now all of the phones are in COS 2 (for example) except for that one phone in COS 22, which is identical to COS 2.
Now change COS 2: Enable option 700 (SMDR does not apply).
Now only calls from the one extension (in COS 22) should show on SMDR. Hook up the printer, enable SMDR printing in form 34, and you're off to the races.
