The cable out of the modem is attach to a wall to a device, which provide few phone jacks, from there it is, wired, using two pair into the phone block, and from there it goes in the 200 ICP.

I believe the phone lines I'm getting is Voice over IP. A cable wire is attached to the phone modem. And then, (follow the above post). I also called Comcast Tech Support, and verified that I'm suppose to be recieving both name and number for each call.

The trunk card that I have right now says LS/GS card in white color..
I noticed I have some that are have writings in blue on them. I wonder if I need a blue ONS/Class card for Caller ID? If so where can I buy them?

For LS trunks coming in, as John says, you need an LS/CLASS card to provide CID to the PBX, which will let the console and the Digital Phones see CID. If you want analog phones to see CID, you need an ONS/CLASS card for those phones.
Blue cards were part of a package and can not be added to a system later. If you are going to add cards, you need to add white cards only. In form 4, it will tell you the maximum number of blue cards of each type that is allowed on your system.

The Trunk card that I currently have is LS/GS (6cct) 9109-011-000. It is in white letters. Is this the correct trunk card?

If it is an ICP, on the back is an amphenol connector the brings out some ls class trunks, also several digital and analog extensions

Jig, I have a feeling that you are not working with a 200ICP. Can you please give us a description of the cabinet(s)? (dimensions and color)
