I'm sorry if this already posted but I couldn't find it in the search.
I have 5 lines right now and would like to drop it down to 3. If I cancel the lines do I need to reprogram the phone system? My concern is after canceling the lines and pressing 9 will I get dead air? If so, how do I fix that?

resolute01, between this post and the other about blocking CID, it's time to call a Mitel tech, or contact one here that is willing to walk you through the programming. Expect to pay for the knowledge and help. The information you will require is beyond the scope of our intended audience.
