This is for a motel. Currently my phone line provider does not have a permanent caller id block on outgoing calls. However, if I press *67 after pressing 9 it will do it but the draw back is that it has to be done every time a call is made.

Is there way I can program the phone system to automatically dial *67 after pressing 9 and then letting the user dial the regular phone number? My problem is guests will call people who don't answer and then they call back saying "Hey somebody call me?" which is really frustrating when you have 48 rooms and don't know where it came from or really don't care.

Requires full knowledge of ARS programming. Also, you 'could' get some grief from Law Enforcement because of no CID to 911 center, and/or crank calls to misc. local numbers.

*67 will not block calls to law enforcement or 911 calls or to 800 numbers

Law enforcement POTS lines? Sure it will. 911? No.

Bigger problem will be folks calling grandma, and she rejects anonymous calls!

All of them.

Admin calls, records department, etc. aren't routed via 911.
