trying to tie in IP Office with the SX200 found unused analog port when dialing in it show ext 514 can I change this to Sales on display without going into system programming. never work on SX200

In my hotel, I was able to make an extension for my desktop with HyperTerminal, and I have a modem for extension 299. I just dial up 299 through hyper terminal and log in that way and I can access the settings. I changed the Extensions to show the proper Room Number/ Locations.
