Could be in the MCC or maybe the Program Module.
Since you have a print out you could try defaulting the system and see if it will work and then reprogram and try it. I don't see any problems in the programming.

Double check your class of service of and options for the console.

Disable the ringdown circuits and see if the console comes back to normal.

The only changeable items like COS and ARS is that the Console CAN be assigned a Class Of Restriction for ARS.
Is this a true Console, or a SS sub-attendent.

Diabling the ringdown circuits didnt fix it. I am sending a new Generic Module and an MCC.

On this system (or all ) you cant program Command 301 R 1 as a ringdown. Programmed it as a normal extention and I can transfer. So thats what fixed it.

Maybe because that is the "Test Line"? Was Status Switch 2 closed?
