I know for a fact that there is a setting that can be altered in order to get rid of that annoying echo on an IP phone, but, for the life of me, I cannot remember which form it's in! Can anyone help me?

There's a maintenance tool that will self adjust the levels on your analog trunks.
In form 13, on the descriptor you're using for the analog trunks, choose "Audio Config".
Fill in the ACTUAL phone number for each trunk, keeping in mind that the trunks call each other to set the levels (7 digit vs. 10 digit).
In the MWT column, put the LAST trunk number for all trunks, but the FIRST trunk number for the last trunk.
Choose 'Select Options' for the trunk's descriptor, and make sure the MWT and Silence directory numbers are BLANK.
Go to Maintenance, choose diagnostics, LS Measure, Batch Quality, Immediately, and start the tests.
It takes approx. 2.5 minutes, per trunk, to complete.

Thanks, Fred. I also got a text from Nathan, formerly from InnTouch Telecom. He said that Form 13 was the place to go, and replace "auto" with "short" to see what that would do. I think that's only good on copper lines, though.

Changing the "auto" to 'short' may work, it may not.
Using the maintenance tool is a definite.
