SX200 ICP, MX Controller. I set up a RAD for wake up calls, and it did work perfectly! But now, NONE of the wake-ups are going through at all, whether set by the room phone or the console. I think there is a conflict between the "failure to record" timer, and the length of the RAD itself, and that has caused the two ports I have assigned to the recording hunt group to be forced into a DND state, which renders all wake-ups invalid. My question is: How do I get those two ports out of the DND mode? I intend to add two more voice mail ports to that recording hunt group, but it will all be for naught if I can't figure out how to get them out of the DND mode. Thanks in advance for any help!!

Go into maintenance then choose diagnostics...you should be able to figure it out from there.
