Can anyone give me step by step instructions to program an SX200d gen 1005 to restrict a single 800 number?

Go to form 26. Highlight your leading digit (typically 9), and then choose 'show strings'. You will then see the digit strings table. Choose 'insert' and enter the entire number you want to restict (i.e.18001234567). Enter 0 in digits to follow, and send the call out an undefined route (I always use route 200).

If 'go to form 26' is not something you know how to do, you need someone with training. A Mitel technician, for example,
