Does anyone know how to reset the user name and password on a Mitel SX200CX? I can get into the system via MAINT1 but not via CDE. Any ideas?

I know on theMX you can toggle via esc 9 back and forth from cde to maint. Not so on CX?

Is this a site you took over from another vendor? they should provide the password to the customer on demand, although some will require that the customer resolve any outstanding bills first.
