01 is a ram alarm on the SX20. probably your generic module is failing. This is 'probably' a battery problem on the generic module if it's a 503 generic or on the MCC if it's a 200, 400, or 500 generic.
However, attempting any repair on an SX20 is an 'iffy' thing at best. The NEWEST part is over 20 years old! Finding parts and/or knowledgeable support is going to be a real struggle. This is a situation where you should be prepared to purchase an SX50 at least, or a 200el, or a 200icp. Investing in the repair of an SX20 would be like putting a new engine in a 30 year old Ford from New York that was driven only in the winter.
Fact, if you turn it off, it probably will not boot when you turn it back on.
