SX-200 ICP with PRI.

The DID calls do not follow the call forward.

All B/NA calls programmed to go to VM Hunt group access code.

All other call types go to VM but not DID calls.

Same thing happens if calls are forwarded to external number.

Tried all COS combinations and interconnections are good.

Everything looks good in Form 19.

Kinda stuck on this one.

Check the COS of the trunks. Do they allow CF?

Do DIDs match extension numbers, and/or are they properly pointed in form 54?

John - 234 is disabled.
TG - Yes DID's match Prime lines exactly.
Xeta - We played with this (800)both ways with no change.
It is currently disabled. I think the THB calls for it to be disabled.

Just to be different, I'd also check form 50 and make sure that the mailboxes have the prime lines listed as the extensions... but you said other trunk calls and internal calls work correctly.
