I ininherited a switch that is using Analog trunks that ring into Multicall Keys. The switch is running MCD sw 5.0. The customer wants me to set it up to have the incoming calls on the analog trunks to go to voicemail after 6 rings but to leave the individual phones to forward after 4. Where do i separate the multicall from the sets since it's a logical extension in order to reroute it to vm after 6 rings?

There is also a single line programmed on one of the phones that I can't delete that they want gone. I know it's probably something simple or stupid that I'm missing.

For the single line check the telephone directory. For the multicall, I'd first create it as a phone before adding it as buttons

That's how I normally do a multicall but this was already programmed. I checked the directory for the single line but I couldn't find it and if I try to delete it I get a message about it being part of a ring group but I don't find it a ring group either.
