Any suggestions for tie onyx3 for all calls drop at once then reverts back to dial tone? T1 shows no errors.

It sounds like you T1 is going down then back up. The only why to be sure is to have your T1 supplier monitor it and see if they get a circuit bump when it happens. If its not the T1 then I would shut down the system and reseat your T1 card on the system.
